Kathleen Goddard is a highly accomplished commercial real estate professional with over two decades of experience in property management, asset performance analysis, and sustainability initiatives and over ten years of experience working in real estate appraisal offices. Kathleen is taking this experience to lead Goddard Realty Analysis, LLC, as a women-owned business.
As former Associate Director and General Manager, Kathleen oversaw more than 1.7 million square feet of premier office space, including The Summit at Lantana—an award-winning LEED Gold campus known for its innovation in tenant experience and environmental stewardship. Her leadership consistently delivered top-tier tenant satisfaction, efficient operations, and successful capital and tenant improvement projects.
